Advance registration closes on 4 March 2026. Please submit your registration by 4 March 2026.
By participating at HKHIS 2026, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the HKHIS 2026. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
E . CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation, please notify the Event Secretariat by emailing to reg@hkhis2026.hk and provide such information as the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s).
If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Event. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
The decision of Hong Kong College of Cardiology shall be final and conclusive.
